Using a fitness planner

So I workout-ed yesterday. I actually planned what I have to do the day before so I won't slack off and do stupid little moves. I just stick to what I wrote and finished it all. It's so satisfying to tick off the reps and steps I've done...


Didn't workout today coz I went to hangout with friends. We BBQ and eat, so I guess I'll have to work extra on Wednesday... My goal is to have very fit and toned body by the time I enroll in my tertiary education.
